यदि आपको 40,000/- रूपये का डिमाण्ड ड्राफ्ट बनाना है तो इसके लिए बैंक जाकर एक फॉर्म (Form) भरना होगा, जिसमें डिमाण्ड ड्रॉफ्ट से सम्बन्धित आवश्यक सूचना (Essential details) भरनी होगी। डिमाण्ड ड्रॉफ्ट जितने राशि का बनाना है, उसका भुगतान (payment) नकद या चेक के रूप में करना होगा। यदि आप भुगतान चेक (cheque) के रूप में करते हैं तो फॉर्म में चेक नम्बर लिखना होगा। डी.डी. फॉर्म पर, जिसके पक्ष में भेजना है, वह भरें तथा अपने हस्ताक्षर करें। भरने के बाद डी.डी. को चेक या नकद के साथ संलग्न कर पदधारी बैंक कर्मचारी (Designated Bank Employee) को सौप दें। फिर वह आपको पावती पत्र (Receipt) देगा। बैंक कुछ राशी कमीशन के रूप में लेती है, जो आपके खाते से कटेगा अथवा आप कैश में भुगतान करेंगे।

If you have to make a demand draft of Rs 40,000 / - then you will have to go to the bank and fill out a form in which the necessary information related to the demand draft will be filled. The amount required to make the demand draft is to be paid in cash or in the form of checks. If you pay as check (check) then the check number will be written in the form. D.D. Fill the form on which to send, and sign it. After filling D.D. Assign to the Designated Bank Employee by attaching it with check or cash. Then he will give you the receipt. The bank takes some amount as commission, which will be deducted from your account or you pay in cash.
